Prestige Staffing is seeking a Systems Analyst for a 100% on-site role in Richardson, TX. You will work closely with acquired companies to integrate their systems, set up and support IT infrastructure, and train employees.

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant IT systems and support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (XP, 7, 8.x)
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and TCP/IP networking protocols
• Familiarity with VPN setup and management
• Basic desktop support and ticket resolution experience
• Ability to assess and set up hardware and internet infrastructure in client environments
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel once a month, typically from Wednesday to Wednesday
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team

Responsibilities

• Work with acquired companies to integrate their systems into the organization’s infrastructure
• Conduct on-site assessments of hardware, network, and internet capabilities
• Set up VPNs, internet access, and other IT infrastructure components
• Train employees on new systems and technologies
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of hardware/software issues
• Manage inventory of computers and mobile devices, including deploying updates and creating software images
• Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure seamless operations; document procedures, provide technical advice, and contribute to process improvements
• Support desktop, network, and user needs, including ticket resolution and hardware setup
