SupportFinity™ is seeking a full-time Support Engineer to join our team in Nebraska. The role involves troubleshooting software issues, owning support tickets, and helping customers with our cloud-based platform.

The ideal candidate will have SaaS support experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Excel and SQL. We offer a competitive salary range of $65K - $75K along with comprehensive health benefits and PTO.
