Job summary

Procare Solutions in Denver, CO or Atlanta, GA is seeking a Subscription Support Specialist to resolve subscription billing inquiries and protect access to Procare's platform. You will own end-to-end hardware procurement workflows, manage billing cases, and coordinate with Finance and Vendors to keep accounts active and in good standing.

You will handle Billing Support tasks, drive Salesforce workflow improvements, and collaborate on processes to reduce softlocks and bad debt while maintaining

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in billing, finance support, subscription support, or SaaS operations.
• Experience in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and SaaS billing environments.
• Experience supporting hardware procurement or vendor management.
• Experience partnering directly with Finance teams and bad debt workflow.

Responsibilities

• Handle Subscription & Billing Support tasks, respond to billing inquiries, and resolve cases.
• Collaborate on Billing & Finance Projects to improve processes and reporting.
• Oversee Hardware Operations & Vendor Management, including PO processing and inventory tracking.
