Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in purchasing, procurement, or contract management with software/SaaS focus.
• Experience negotiating and managing software agreements, including AI/ML vendor contracts.
• Experience mentoring a team.
• Experience developing, reviewing, or managing SOWs for contracted labor/services vendors; Oracle Fusion experience.
• Experience managing or administering a T&E platform (Navan).
• Proficiency with portfolio tracking tools such as JIRA/Asana/FreshService and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement operations for software and contractor/services agreements, tracking renewals, utilization, and spend with cost minimization and optimization.
• Evaluate software licensing models (per-seat, usage-based, consumption) to maximize savings and reduce shelfware.
• Oversee contracted labor sourcing and SOW management, ensuring clear scoping and pricing aligned to business needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels with suppliers and hold vendors accountable to contracts.
