Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Analyst for Customer Assurance to prioritize and respond to security program questions, acting as a critical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams. You will coordinate with regional sales teams, manage complex escalations, and drive AI-enabled changes to scale global efforts.

The role requires strong security knowledge, clear communication, and experience with SaaS cloud security risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years information security, project management, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of core security principles, architectures, and operations.
• Knowledge of IT and cloud methodologies, privacy, identity management, risk assessments, and IT regulation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the bridge between Okta's customers and internal Engineering/Product Security teams to resolve high-stakes inquiries.
• Translate engineering specs and vulnerability reports into clear risk narratives for customers while protecting IP.
• Act as security advocate for Field Account Teams on posture, roadmap, and incident response protocols.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to pre-digest upcoming features for Field teams.
• Own security questionnaires and due-diligence responses, coordinating with Federal/FedRAMP teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Drive AI and automation to scale Customer Assurance and reduce response times.
• Train regional Go-To-Market and Sales teams on engagement protocols to accelerate deals.
• Develop and maintain forward-facing security collateral and field communications.
