You will lead Scrum ceremonies, guide teams through events, remove impediments, and report KPIs while leveraging AI-powered tools to boost productivity across SDLC. Onsite work at our Dallas office is required.

Coach and facilitate Scrum events and mentor teams to Scrum values.
Guide multiple Scrum teams to deliver customer product increments.
Be the steward of the process and ensure Scrum practices across teams.
Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews.
Provide reports and analyses for sprint goals and KPIs.
Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance productivity across SDLC elements.
Support change management for updates to ISNetworld and Empower applications.
