Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Sales Manager- HVS NA to lead a team of Account Executives through the full sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, platform demos, and closing. Reporting to the Regional Director- HVS NA, you will own the growth strategy with a focus on new logo acquisition and revenue goals.

You will develop inbound/outbound development plans, coach the team to exceed targets, forecast with the Global Sales Director, improve processes, and promote a high‑performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Fiix inbound and outbound development strategy
• Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and incentives
• Report on team activity and forecast to the Global Sales Director
• Review processes and guide the team to improve and innovate
• Build an engaged culture with collaboration and accountability
• Lead, coach and inspire the team to grow careers and contribute to success
• Assist with passive and active recruitment efforts
• Drive continuous improvement in the business development practice at Fiix
• Represent Fiix at community meet-ups and events to raise brand recognition
