Job summary

Rockwell Automation's Fiix team in Denver/USA is hiring a Sales Manager- HVS NA to lead Account Executives through discovery, qualification, product demos, and closing deals, with a focus on new logo acquisition.

You will coach and motivate the team, set strategy for inbound and outbound development, report forecasts to the Global Sales Director, and drive continuous improvement in the revenue organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Experience leading a sales/lead team in SaaS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inbound and outbound development strategy.
• Motivate team to exceed objectives through coaching and incentives.
• Report on activity and forecast to the Global Sales Director.
• Review processes and guide the team to improve and innovate.
• Bring new ideas and best practices to elevate the org.
• Build an engaged culture with collaboration and accountability.
• Lead, coach and inspire the team to grow and contribute.
• Proactively assist with passive/active recruitment.
• Drive continuous improvement in Fiix business development.
• Represent Fiix and participate in events to raise brand recognition.
