Job summary

Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, is hiring a Sales Manager- HVS NA to lead a team of Account Executives through the full sales cycle for the Fiix platform, focusing on new logo acquisition in North America.

You will develop inbound and outbound strategies, coach the team to exceed objectives, report on activity to the Global Sales Director, and drive improvements while representing Fiix at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.
• 2+ years leading a sales/lead team to overachieve targets.
• 5+ years in Business Development or Sales in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Experience with Marketing and Sales funnel KPIs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Fiix inbound and outbound development strategy.
• Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and incentives.
• Report on team activity and forecast to the Global Sales Director.
• Review processes and guide the team to improve while inspiring innovation.
• Introduce new ideas and best practices to elevate the business development team.
• Lead an engaged culture with collaboration, feedback, accountability and adaptability.
• Represent Fiix and participate in events to increase brand recognition.
