Unlike traditional outsourcing, you’ll be placed directly with a client as a core member of their team—giving you real ownership, career progression, and long-term stability. Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor
We're hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven background in B2B SaaS sales, outbound prospecting, and closing deals. This opportunity is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who can confidently manage the sales process, from identifying and engaging prospects to handling objections, negotiating, and converting opportunities into paying customers. We're specifically looking for candidates who have demonstrable closing experience, not just appointment-setting or lead generation experience. If you thrive in a fast-pace SaaS environment, consistently hit your sales targets, and know how to turn conversations into revenue, we want to hear from you.
Identify and engage potential B2B customers through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other outbound sales channels.
Generate and qualify high-quality leads within target industries and customer segments.
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and buying intent.
Deliver compelling product pitches and communicate SaaS value propositions effectively.
Own sales conversations through to close, including objection handling, negotiation, and securing customer commitments.
Manage follow-ups and nurture prospects throughout the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activities, and manage opportunities effectively.
Consistently achieve or exceed KPIs related to outreach, qualified opportunities, conversion rates, and closed deals.
Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
2+ years of B2B sales experience, with direct experience selling SaaS products or software solutions.
Proven closing experience is essential, with clear examples of deals personally closed and revenue generated.
Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.
Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, objection handling, and closing.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confidence engaging decision-makers, including founders, executives, and department heads.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
Self-motivated, resilient, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Experience selling SaaS solutions to UK, US, or international markets.
Experience conducting product demonstrations.
Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, Outreach, or Lemlist.
Experience managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to signed contract.
Direct hire with global clients (not outsourced)
Ongoing training, mentorship, and sales development support
