Job summary

Flosum is seeking a SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst to own the measurement layer across Salesforce and QuickBooks. This role is analytical, connecting revenue operations data to financial outcomes and surfacing CEO-level insights.

You will build and maintain SaaS metrics, reconcile data, and deliver monthly/quarterly packages with scenario analysis. A 3+ year background in SaaS FP&A and strong Excel modeling are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS financial analysis and revenue operations.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
• Able to build financial models from scratch in Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own SaaS metrics infrastructure: ARR, churn, retention, and unit economics.
• Reconcile Salesforce bookings with QuickBooks revenue entries for a single source of truth.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly financial and revenue packages with variance analysis.
• Model pricing, bundling, geographic expansion, and headcount scenarios.
• Ensure data integrity between CRM and accounting systems; support board reporting.
