Job summary

Phenom, an AI-powered talent experience platform, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead revenue accounting under ASC 606 for SaaS, services, and related offerings. This on-site role requires strong US GAAP knowledge and hands-on SaaS revenue experience.

You will own monthly close, revenue subledgers, and reporting, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop scalable processes while mentoring the revenue accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Hands-on ASC 606 / Revenue from Contracts with Customers experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly revenue close including revenue, deferred revenue, contract assets, commissions, and related journal entries.
• Ensure ASC 606 revenue recognition across SaaS subscriptions and services.
• Lead contract-level ASC 606 analysis for complex customer arrangements.
• Partner with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, and Commercial teams on contract structures.
• Develop revenue dashboards and scalable reporting.
