Job summary

Vercel Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a contract role with potential to hire in San Francisco. You will coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and support the Recruiting team using Gem Scheduling and Greenhouse.

Onsite presence in the office three days a week is required to ensure a white-glove candidate experience. The role requires at least two years of recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech startup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in a SaaS or tech startup environment preferred.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers and interviewers.
• Maintain candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions and postings.
