Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a highly commercially minded, hybrid Digital Products & Services Project Manager to oversee a blended portfolio of standard product implementations and custom consulting engagements. You will manage SaaS deployments (leadCAST, waterCAST) and guide data integration projects (GIS/SCADA), ensuring software configurations scale while services remain profitable and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create, maintain, and true‑up complex project schedules, time‑phased forecasts, and multi‑tiered labor budgets for professional services and software accounts.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, labor utilization mechanics, and profit margin structures. Proficiency in differentiating and managing Fixed‑Fee vs. T&M billing rules.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development and product delivery workflows with PMI standards and traditional waterfall milestones.

Responsibilities

• Blended Portfolio Management: Oversee and serve as the primary Project Manager for a hybrid mix of standard SaaS product implementations and custom digital services of moderate to high complexity.
• Product Implementation Governance: Partner with the Customer Success team to orchestrate software product deployments across various project sizes; ensure tenancy configuration, cloud deployment, and training milestones.
• Custom Services & Roadmap Delivery: Manage and deliver custom technical services, including digital transformation assessments and data integration architectures.
• Rigorous Monthly Forecasting & Re‑Budgeting: Submit detailed project forecasts monthly; coordinate with accounting to adjust labor funds and ensure forecasts track execution.
• Proactive Account Governance & Cleanup: Perform baseline portfolio cleanups and closeouts after contract periods.
• Aggressive Cash-Flow & Invoicing Protection: Align with billing to ensure accurate, timely invoices; protect revenue.
• Contractual Boundary Enforcement: Enforce lines between Fixed‑Fee Subscriptions and Time & Materials work; manage scope changes.
