• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of Product Ownership experience with Agile Scrum.
• Ability to lead through influence and manage priorities across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across departments to understand business processes and user needs.
• Gather and clarify requirements; organize prioritization based on value, impact, risk, and dependencies.
• Maintain a clear backlog and roadmap covering enhancements, defects, and support needs.
• Communicate priorities and constraints to stakeholders and vendors.
• Coordinate QA and UAT for release readiness and training.
• Monitor incidents and metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
