ReSupply is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and deliver improvements across our platform. You will work with the Senior Product Manager to shape a roadmap, lead discovery, and turn complex needs into simple, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Customer Success, and Data to improve workflows that power ReSupply's business. This role is based at our Downtown Boston headquarters in a collaborative, open environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated Product Management experience, with a proven track record of bringing platform features from discovery to launch.
• Strong grasp of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze qualitative feedback with quantitative data to guide product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to align cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Define, maintain, and execute the product roadmap with stakeholder input.
• Lead discovery, requirements, user research, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate daily with Engineering and Design in an agile environment.
• Identify bottlenecks and build scalable workflows and data integrations.
• Coordinate cross-functional rollouts and monitor post-launch metrics.
