Job summary

Ludus, a SaaS company powering event ticketing, is seeking a Product Owner to translate customer feedback and business needs into actionable tasks for the engineering team. This full-time role requires in-office presence on Mondays and Wednesdays in Ada, MI, with remote options as needed.

You will own product outcomes from discovery through launch, drive discovery, and prioritize work based on value, impact, urgency, and effort.

Qualifications

2+ years as a Product Owner or similar role.
Experience with SaaS products and multi-stakeholder environments.
Ability to translate feedback into actionable scope for design and development teams.

Responsibilities

Own Product Outcomes from discovery through launch and adoption.
Drive discovery via customer conversations, data, and internal stakeholder input.
Prioritize based on customer value, business impact, urgency, effort, and alignment.
Define measurable success criteria before development and guide iteration.
Lead product adoption with cross‑department collaboration.
Maintain deep knowledge of Ludus, customers, workflows, and platform impact.
Identify risks and dependencies early and propose paths forward.
Communicate proactively and escalate issues before they block progress.
Collaborate with Design through discovery, prototyping, testing and delivery.
Leverage AI to accelerate research, documentation, analysis, and ideation.
