Job summary

Jobba Trade Technologies is seeking a Product Owner to transform strategic direction into shipped, high-quality features. You will partner with Product Leadership and Engineering to maintain a disciplined backlog, ensure sprint commitments, and deliver value to customers.

You will define integration requirements, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive collaboration with Customer Success to incorporate real-world feedback.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in a Product Owner or Product Manager role with execution focus.
• Experience in SaaS and Agile delivery environments.
• Proven ability to manage structured backlogs and drive sprint execution.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Usability thinking and ability to foresee friction in workflows.
• Clear communicator enabling alignment across teams.
• Comfortable working with distributed or offshore engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog quality, clearly defining and prioritizing work for development.
• Break down roadmap into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria and edge cases.
• Lead backlog grooming and sprint planning to ensure work is ready for development.
• Track sprint progress and identify risks or delays early.
• Collaborate with engineering to align scope and sequencing.
• Support release readiness across Preview, Staging, and Production environments.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success to validate requirements with real feedback.
• Translate product direction into intuitive, first-time-right features.
