Qualifications

• 8-12 years of software development, technical product management, or engineering leadership in B2B SaaS.
• Strong background in C# .NET, MVC, Azure, and modern SDLC practices.
• Experience leading web and cross‑platform mobile apps (MAUI preferred).
• Proven ability to prioritize backlogs, manage Jira workflows, and drive releases.
• Demonstrated accountability and delivery of complex SaaS products on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management to collect feedback, prioritize features, and guide roadmap.
• Own release commitments and drive execution with cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor engineers, promote code quality, and enforce best practices.
• Coordinate with DevOps for timely, stable, and predictable releases.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure QA alignment on functionality and UX.
• Collaborate with architects to refine requirements and technical direction.
