Job summary

Jolly Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Product and Engineering Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of our cloud-based SaaS applications built with MVC C# .NET, MAUI, and Azure.

This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the founder, with broad responsibility and the potential to scale into senior engineering leadership. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university.
• 8-12 years in software development, product management, or engineering leadership in B2B SaaS.
• Strong expertise in C# .NET, MVC, Azure, and modern SDLC practices.
• Experience leading web and cross-platform mobile apps (MAUI preferred).
• Proven ability to prioritize backlogs and drive predictable releases.
• Excellent communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and evolution of cloud-based SaaS products.
• Translate customer and business needs into engineering execution.
• Lead a team of developers and drive predictable releases.
• Collaborate with senior architects to refine requirements and technical direction.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure QA coverage.
• Manage Jira work items, dependencies, and blockers.
• Ensure timely, stable releases with DevOps coordination.
• Mentor engineers and shape engineering culture.
