Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in IT operations, strong SQL skills for reports, and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, information management, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in computer operations and information management.
• Working knowledge of SQL with experience assisting SSRS reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage City’s integrated business management data platform with MSP VC3.
• Serve as project manager for major software/hardware implementations with vendor.
• Oversee the City’s document management system.
• Create, compile, and manage related reports with recommendations for improvements to security, processes, and data management.
