Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or closely related field.
• Certificates in SharePoint, database management, reporting, or Cybersecurity are preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting ERP and utility billing systems; SQL reporting and data extraction.
• Proven experience with Tyler Munis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with utility billing software vendor to resolve technical problems and coordinate program changes.
• Manages third‑party software integrations with City ERP and mission‑critical apps.
• Analyzes billing problems and reviews controls for complex issues.
• Develops, runs, and optimizes SQL reports for troubleshooting and auditing.
• Leads ERP/app implementations and configures workflows to align with business units.
