Job summary

Bobyard in San Francisco is hiring an Implementation Specialist to drive day-to-day onboarding, configuration, and training for mid-market customers. You will own kickoff calls, tailor training for diverse users, and manage a high-volume pipeline to ensure customers can actually use Bobyard on real construction jobs.

You will work directly with customers (estimators, PMs, field staff) to ensure successful adoption, while feeding feedback to Product and CS to improve the product and support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role such as onboarding, implementation, training or customer success.
• Comfortable running live training for non-technical or field-based users.
• Can juggle a high-volume portfolio of accounts without losing the thread on any.
• Clear, concrete written communication—notes should prevent future questions.
• Hands-on with software—you configure things, not wait on others to do it.
• Genuinely energized by construction, trades, or real-world industries.

Responsibilities

• Run kickoff calls and configure new mid-market accounts so they're ready within days of signature.
• Deliver hands-on training that gets crews using Bobyard.
• Own a high-volume book of concurrent launches and keep them moving.
• Run repeatable training sessions and office hours, refine the curriculum.
• Flag accounts stalling early to prevent them from going dark.
• Document account context for Customer Success to hit the ground running.
• Provide real, specific product and training feedback to Product and Customer Success.
