Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years in QA, testing, or implementation support.
• Experience with inline/manual testing and validating outputs.
• Understanding of mortgage servicing or banking systems (preferred).
• Experience supporting SaaS applications or cloud platforms (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conducts QA and inline testing of platform logic and data sets.
• Collaborates with the Compliance Business Analyst to design test scenarios.
• Identifies, documents, and tracks defects prior to release.
• Validates outputs align with business and regulatory requirements.
• Executes structured and ad hoc testing across scenarios.
• Manages testing workload with minimal supervision.
• Documents test results, defects, and resolutions.
• Supports rollout with implementation and client success teams.
• Provides specialized training to clients during onboarding.
• Contributes to knowledge base articles and best practices.
