Job summary

Ooma, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Specialist for its Enterprise segment. You will coordinate onboarding, installation, and configuration with both customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth start and ongoing success of Ooma Enterprise products.

You will act as a primary customer contact, troubleshoot technical issues, manage timelines, and help customers adopt the solution. Strong networking knowledge and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Technical Customer Success or Implementation, SaaS or call center experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN networking basics.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on wiring or telecom cabling experience is a plus.
• Project and client management experience is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and coordinating skills.
• Ability to manage several tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer-facing voice for Ooma Enterprise with high-quality service.
• Project-manage onboarding, provisioning, installation and configuration.
• Guide new customers through onboarding to enable confident use of Ooma Enterprise.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues when required.
• Set expectations, coordinate tasks internally, and mitigate risks to avoid delays.
• Liaise with Sales, Engineering and other teams to deliver projects on time and to spec.
