Job summary

HHAeXchange seeks a Senior Manager, Provider Implementation to lead a team of Project Managers responsible for onboarding SMB, mid-market, and enterprise agencies on our homecare platforms. This role combines execution authority with strategic ownership, building scalable processes and a high-performing delivery culture.

Based in Bloomington, MN with a hybrid work arrangement, you will own portfolio health, drive radical accountability, and partner with Product and Operations to advance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer delivery.
• 5+ years managing Project Managers or delivery teams in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, complex project portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for onboarding SMB to enterprise accounts.
• Lead a high-performing PM team with accountability for outcomes.
• Design scalable implementation playbooks and operating frameworks.
• Drive AI/automation integration in the implementation lifecycle.
• Partner with Product, Operations and Client Success to remove blockers.
