Job summary

One Inc is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant to drive successful onboarding of clients to our Digital Payments SaaS platform. You will partner with project managers and internal teams to capture requirements, design solutions, and document workflows.

The role emphasizes agile and waterfall delivery, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 25% domestically to support customer implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of SaaS experience.
• Experience gathering, creating and managing requirements.
• Experience building UI mockups & wireframes.
• Experience working on third party integrations and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Explain API contracts to customers and help them understand the API structure.
• Produce artifacts: Functional Requirements, Use Cases, Process Flows, Integration Diagrams.
• Gather requirements from customers via interviews and document each detail.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Travel up to 25% to customer sites within the United States.
