Job summary

One Inc is seeking a remote Payment Onboarding Specialist to coordinate document collection for onboarding, underwriting and merchant setup. You will manage admin tasks, maintain team reports and monitor onboarding progress to ensure client success.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, familiarity with project management, and exceptional attention to detail while maintaining excellent client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in payments onboarding or merchant services is a major plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong investigative and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers, banking partners and vendors.
• Develop and update reports for partners on payment issues and statuses.
• Monitor project progress and communicate issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with project managers to guide onboarding and remove blockers.
• Work with clients to obtain underwriting documentation for onboarding.
• Perform merchant onboarding setup with accurate documentation.
• Handle merchant inquiries and resolve issues independently.
• Understand merchant application and underwriting processes with processors.
• Lead resolution of merchant setup/configuration issues and prevent recurrence.
• Execute duties as assigned by director and support daily operations.
