Job summary

DeWinter Group in Santa Clara is seeking an FP&A Manager or Senior Manager to own planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics for a fast-growing SaaS business.

In this hands-on, strategic role you will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to drive growth, optimize operations, and deliver insights that inform critical decisions. This 2-3 month contract offers an opportunity to demonstrate leadership in a technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate FP&A experience in SaaS or subscription models.
• Proven ability to build dynamic financial models, forecasts and budgets.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to executives.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar SaaS finance systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes end-to-end.
• Provide performance analytics to inform growth and efficiency decisions.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, timely financial models and variance analyses.
