Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking an FP&A Manager to join our US-based, multi-entity finance team and help scale planning, forecasting, and performance storytelling using automation and AI.

You'll own the consolidated model across entities, manage budgets and rolling forecasts, and produce insightful board-ready narratives while partnering with data owners across NetSuite, Salesforce, and analytics tools. A strong SaaS finance background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in FP&A or related analytics role, ideally SaaS.
• Advanced financial modeling and strong command of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Hands-on data skills: SQL and BI tools across multiple data sources.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite ERP; CRM/CPQ data (Salesforce/DealHub) a plus.
• Demonstrated use of automation and AI tools to improve finance workflows.
• Clear, concise communication and ability to present to executives and a board.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, data, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze with a consolidated operating model across entities and revenue streams.
• Own the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and rolling forecasts.
• Run budget-to-actual and variance analysis with drivers commentary.
• Develop unit economics and margin analysis by revenue stream.
• Produce board, lender, and management reporting narratives.
• Own Reachdesk Performance Dashboard and the single source of truth for reporting.
