Job summary

Watershed is seeking an FP&A analyst to take ownership of the corporate financial model and support cross-functional teams at the company. You will play a critical role in annual strategic planning, ensuring capital allocation aligns with growth targets.

Your responsibilities include financial modeling, cash forecasting, and managing gross margin metrics. Candidates should have 6-8+ years of experience in finance, particularly within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. Only candidates willing to work on-site 4 days a week will be considered.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Investment Banking/Private Equity.
• At least 2+ years in a high-growth B2B SaaS company, preferably Series B/C/D stage.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software metrics and recurring revenue business models.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated 3-statement financial model and forecasting processes.
• Assist various teams in driving operating efficiencies and strategic goals.
• Partner with Accounting for month-end close and exec reporting.
