RevSpring Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Dallas.

The role supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis across the organization, with emphasis on SaaS metrics and AI-driven insights. You will partner with cross-functional teams, build robust models, and influence strategic decisions with accurate financial data and clear commentary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Strong modeling and forecasting skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and recurring revenue concepts (ARR, MRR, churn).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot, lookup, complex formulas).
• Experience with ERP/planning software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting with variance analysis.
• Support annual budget, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Build and maintain forecasting models and operating models across income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Develop and analyze SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, retention).
• Partner with department leaders to support budgeting and decision-making.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to finance leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist in board presentations and management reporting.
• Identify variances, risks, and opportunities against plans.
• Support resource planning and investment analyses for initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to improve speed and quality of reporting and planning.
• Utilize FP&A tools like Anaplan, Pigment, Vena, NetSuite Planning, NSPB, Adaptive Planning.
• Drive process improvements and data integrity in financial reporting.
• Complete special projects as assigned by finance leadership.
