Job summary

RevSpring, a leader in secure, outcomes-driven solutions, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Atlanta-based Finance team. This role supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis across the organization.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in SaaS metrics and financial modeling, with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and recurring revenue concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, lookup, formulas).
• Experience with ERP and planning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting with variance analysis.
• Support annual budget, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Build and maintain forecasting and operating models.
• Analyze SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, net retention).
• Partner with leaders to support budgeting and operational decisions.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and exec-ready reporting for leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to improve analysis speed and quality.
• Use modern FP&A platforms to support planning and scenario modeling.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and data integrity.
