This role supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis across the organization, leveraging AI tools and modern planning platforms to improve efficiency and insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Strong modeling skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and reporting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and insights to management.
• Support the annual budget, monthly/quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Build and maintain financial models including forecasting and operating models.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze key SaaS and subscription metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, net retention).
• Partner with department leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and decision-making.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to finance leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Analyze actual results against budget/forecast and identify variances, risks, opportunities.
• Support investment analysis and business case development for strategic initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to improve speed, quality, and scalability of analysis and planning.
