Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related analytical roles with end-to-end planning ownership.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of partnering with senior leaders through financial analysis.
• Full P&L exposure, including driving annual budget cycles.
• Strong SaaS fluency – recurring-revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, LTV/CAC) and turning insights into action.
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including scenario modeling.
• Experience leveraging AI tools, workflow automation, or scripting to streamline financial processes.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own planning cycle components: annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning.
• Own FP&A end-to-end for a critical business area and drive forecast accuracy and insight quality.
• Build and maintain scalable financial models across full P&L.
• Run scenarios to evaluate growth, profitability, and investment trade-offs.
• Lead monthly/quarterly reviews with variance and trend analysis for leadership and board materials.
• Serve as trusted partner to leaders across departments and evaluate initiatives.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Lead cross-functional analytical projects: pricing, investment cases, new product investments, operational improvements.
• Design and run automated AI-enabled processes to speed and improve data quality.
• Prepare concise materials for leadership and board reporting and scale planning processes.
