Job description

Our client is a $100M global technology company (SaaS) backed by large VC firms, seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. If you're looking for a step-up opportunity with a great culture, work-life balance, and remote work, this role is for you!

Compensation: $120k - $135k + 20% bonus + equity
Remote working model! Candidates must be located on the West Coast.

What you'll be doing:

1. Responsible for top-line analytics including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and general analytics to drive business insights and growth.
2. Review monthly forecasts, explain deviations, and present results to senior leadership; improve forecasting processes.
3. Prepare annual budgets, quarterly and rolling forecasts, and assist with multi-year planning; provide trend analysis as needed.
4. Develop dashboards to provide KPI insights and overall business performance metrics.
5. Assist with special finance projects, including financial modeling of new business ideas, due diligence, M&A, and external evaluations.

What you'll need:

1. 3+ years of experience in FP&A, FDD, IB, or financial consulting.
2. Experience in a consulting environment or with a SaaS company is a must have.
3. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
4. MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus but not required.
5. ERP: NetSuite preferred; Data Analytics: PowerBI, Adaptive Planning, or Tableau advantageous.
