Job summary

HSI is seeking an experienced SaaS Project Manager to help build and scale a newly formed AI & Data organization. You’ll coordinate 40+ active AI initiatives, align with executive leadership, and drive intake, prioritization, governance, and portfolio reporting for enterprise AI projects.

As the first external hire on the team, you’ll establish processes, dashboards, and governance to accelerate delivery while navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of project or program management experience, including significant SaaS exposure.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Experience owning project intake, demand management, prioritization, portfolio tracking, and executive reporting.
• Enterprise AI deployment exposure including governance, security, or data protection considerations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple AI projects and governance programs from concept to delivery.
• Own project intake, demand management, evaluation, prioritization, documentation, tracking, and portfolio reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to collect requirements, define use cases, and align on outcomes.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards that show progress, value, timelines, dependencies and priorities.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement and consolidation.
• Coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives across departments (cybersecurity, infra, HR, operations, revenue).
