Phenom, a leading AI-powered talent experience platform, is seeking a Customer Value Specialist to join our onsite team in Horsham, PA. You will be the main contact for assigned clients, ensuring they realize maximum value from our products and services.

The role emphasizes building relationships, conducting regular check-ins, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably SaaS or tech.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and solve problems.
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven insights.
• Capable of working independently with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions that align with their goals
• Act as a subject matter expert on our products and services, providing guidance and training to clients as needed
• Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
• Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to product teams
• Review customer metrics and improve retention across a large portfolio of accounts
