Job summary

Campspot in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring a Software Customer Support Specialist to assist our software customers during scheduled support hours. You will work with campground and resort staff on inbound questions via phone, email, or chat and become a master of Campspot reservation software.

A high level of technical ability is preferred. The role includes evenings, weekends and major holidays, with summer peak demands and opportunities to help customers get the most from Campspot's products.

Availability to work the above-mentioned schedule
Attention and obsession with detail and accuracy
Effective and efficient problem solving
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, and sometimes competing priorities
Experience in and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Assist software customers during scheduled support hours.
Work with campground and resort staff on inbound questions via phone, email, or chat.
Become a master of the Campspot reservation software and share expertise with customers by phone, email, or remote desktop.
Support clients during evenings, weekends, and select major holidays as part of a defined shift schedule.
