• Deliver advanced training sessions and provide ongoing platform support.
• Proactively monitor customer health and identify churn risks, exploring upsell opportunities.
• Own escalated issues and collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Use CRM tools to monitor engagement, gather insights, and report on account performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on customer outcomes.
• Contribute to best practices and mentor junior team members.
