Predictive Sales AI in Boca Raton offers a Customer Success Consultant role guiding a diverse portfolio of PSAI clients through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing growth, combining relationship-management expertise with our training to create measurable value.

You will collaborate with onboarding, support, product, and sales teams to optimize the client experience, monitor health metrics, and design success plans that maximize renewal and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing B2B/B2C clients in a consultative setting.
• Proven onboarding and product adoption capabilities with SaaS software.
• Strong data-driven approach to monitor health and drive renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own the client lifecycle from kickoff through renewal with success plans.
• Guide onboarding and implementation to ensure a smooth launch.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct onboarding/training to maximize platform usage and value.
• Monitor KPIs, usage data, and health scores to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with onboarding, support, product, and sales teams to optimize experience.
