Job summary

Sign In App Ltd. seeks four enthusiastic interns to join our Customer Migration & Onboarding team in Denver. These fixed-term roles run until 31 December 2026 and offer up to 30 hours per week, with a hybrid work pattern two to three days in the office.

You will support customer migrations, assist onboarding post-migration, and help document processes while learning how a fast-growing SaaS company operates. Strong communication and organizational skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with customers via Zoom, chat, and email.
• Ability to follow defined playbooks and processes.
• Experience documenting common questions and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support customer migrations from acquired platform to core platform following playbooks.
• Assist with onboarding post-migration and user setup.
• Conduct product knowledge sessions to drive adoption.
• Respond to basic support questions via chat, phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through workflows.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Implementation teams.
• Document FAQs and feedback to improve onboarding and migration processes.
• Contribute to internal documentation and customer guides.
