Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Some travel (up to 10%) may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a related customer service role.
• Knowledge of data helpful.
• Experience in the Financial Services or Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management industries helpful.
