Job summary

ACA Group is seeking a Senior Client Implementation Specialist to lead on time and on budget deployments of ComplianceAlpha for our financial services clients. You’ll act as SME between clients and ACA product teams, shaping scope, schedules, and deliverables while managing expectations with sponsors and executives.

You will guide workshops, gather requirements, onboard clients to ACA software, and ensure successful configurations, upgrades, and integrations across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in SaaS software implementations.
• Experience with Project Management Office operations and governance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Accounting & Finance.

Responsibilities

• Function as SME and liaison between clients and product teams.
• Define scope, manage milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
• Lead workshops to define business, process, and data requirements.
• Onboard clients to ACA software and manage feedback.
• Communicate implementation requirements and expectations.
