Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks an Implementations Project Manager Associate in Chicago to oversee client projects from planning to delivery, coordinating internal teams and vendors to meet scope, timeline, and budget.

Lead steering meetings with senior clients, manage revenue forecasts and resource allocation, and ensure a smooth handoff to steady-state teams after go-live. Strong communication and FinTech experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field; master’s a plus.
• Experience in financial services and multi-location implementations.
• Proven ability to manage projects in a matrix environment and deliver on time/budget.
• Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage comprehensive project plans for an assigned portfolio.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors across workstreams.
• Generate weekly status reports and lead steering committee meetings.
• Oversee project financials, revenue forecasts, and unbilled bookings.
• Manage resource allocation and track utilization, go-live adherence, and billing accuracy.
• Serve as client relationship manager and transition to steady-state servicing team.
