Job summary

Laserfiche is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support end-to-end quote-to-order and billing processes for our SaaS products and services. The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of customer and partner transactions.

The hybrid role requires three in-office days in Long Beach, CA (Tue–Thu) with remote Mondays and Fridays; travel is not required.

Qualifications

• Billing across SaaS and software offerings with various transaction types.
• Knowledge of billing platforms incl. Zuora; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work in hybrid environment.
• Detail-oriented with accounting basics and Excel proficiency.
• At least three years SaaS Billing/A/P or A/R experience.

Responsibilities

• Review quotes and convert to orders for channel and direct accounts.
• Provide new and amended quotes for channel and direct customers.
• Process subscription, support, one-time software, and services quotes-to-orders end-to-end.
• Work with Salesforce, Zuora Billing/CPQx, OMS, Helpdesk, and other systems.
• Validate partner agreements, usage reports, and customer relationships.
• Back-up renewal and international teams as needed.
• Apply price adjustments and discounts with approvals.
• Communicate with customers and partners via email.
• Assist with reporting and analytics for going concern accounts.
• Flexibility to support Ireland and Hong Kong offices.
