Job summary

BillingPlatform is seeking a Senior Project Manager to interface with clients and internal teams across the Software Development Life Cycle. You will manage projects in the Billing/CPQ domain, guiding scope, timelines, and deliverables with a focus on SaaS implementations.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of multi-project leadership experience, strong Jira and Agile/Waterfall blend skills, and the ability to communicate with cross-functional teams remotely and onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience managing multiple implementation projects within the Billing ecosystem.
• SaaS billing (CPQ, Quote-to-Cash) solutions implementation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and track milestones and deliverables.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Track and manage budget and resources.
• Identify issues and risks and mitigate impact on scope, cost, and schedule.
• Collaborate with professional services, sales, and product teams to produce estimates.
• Lead recruiting and hiring for your team.
