Job summary

ComplyAdvantage is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant to bridge our SaaS AML platform with client needs in Lisbon. You will guide customers from kickoff through live deployment, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions while coordinating with product and customer success teams.

You will support AML rule development, deployments, and ongoing optimization, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, or sciences.
• 1+ years SaaS or customer facing experience.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Experience dealing with client IT teams and systems integrations.
• Technical understanding of REST API services and implementation.
• Experience with AML and client onboarding solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with one-off AML scenario/rule requests, including new rule builds and threshold changes.
• Assist clients in deploying rule changes to production.
• Manage projects with top-down oversight to meet scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop project plans aligning customer requirements with company goals and coordinate with Customer Success Managers.
• Monitor progress and provide detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate proactively to provide encouragement, identify problems, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Identify roadblocks and manage issue tracking/resolution.
• Provide feedback to Product Management on issues and new product ideas.
• Write technical requirements and business specifications for client implementations.
