Job summary

ComplyAdvantage in the United States is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant to bridge our SaaS AML platform with client needs, translating business requirements into technical configurations and live deployments. You will guide clients from kickoff through go-live, manage projects against scope, budget, and timeline, and work with product teams to relay feedback and improve our solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in SaaS or customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Analytical problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Experience dealing with client IT teams and system integrations.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with AML rule requests and updates.
• Assist in deploying rule changes to production.
• Oversee projects to meet scope, budget, and timeline.
• Create project plans aligning customer requirements with company goals.
• Monitor progress and report milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate proactively to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Identify roadblocks and manage issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Management and provide feedback on products.
• Write technical requirements and business specifications for implementations.
