Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in the Americas seeks a Senior Associate Solutions Consultant specializing in AML and sanctions screening. You will act as a technical SME, guiding sales, product, and delivery teams to design API-based integrations, data pipelines, and analytics that enhance due diligence across North America.

You will lead RFPs, advise on data architecture, and translate complex technical concepts into business value for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in AML, sanctions, or third-party risk with a technical focus.
• Proficient in Python, Java, or similar data processing languages.
• Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Familiarity with API technologies, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and enterprise data architectures.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for clients.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication; sales support experience.
• Knowledge of OFAC, FinCEN, FATF regulations; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical and subject matter expert in AML/Sanctions screening across the Americas.
• Lead strategic opportunities and RFPs, translating client needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to design API-based integrations and data pipelines.
• Scope and deliver bespoke projects using LSEG Risk Intelligence data and tools.
• Provide guidance on data modeling, transformation, and enrichment for risk decisioning.
• Support sales by contributing to lead qualification and opportunity scoping.
• Partner with sales to lead complex sales cycles and align client needs with tech.
• Represent LSEG at industry events and client meetings with thought leadership.
• Stay current on regulatory trends, AI tools, and competitive offerings in AML.
• Champion the voice of the customer in product development and strategy.
